If a qualified family member is able to provide your in-home care, our Structured Family Caregiving program offers support—including a tax-free financial stipend—to help them care for you at home. 

With ten locally managed locations across South Dakota, Homecare Services offers in-person support and guidance to family caregivers across the state. 

Structured Family Caregiving includes dedicated personal care, supervision and support for a family member, including things like meal preparation, homemaking, chore services, and medication management (to the extent permitted under State law). Other instrumental activities of daily living include transportation for necessary appointments and community activities, shopping and managing finances. Every situation is unique and is included in the participant’s person-centered service plan. Reach out to us for more information!
